Welcome to Parris Photography. We are John & Sandra Parris and we are based in Hawick, a small town nestled between the rolling hills of the beautiful, picturesque Scottish Borders.

At Parris Photography we are renowned for creating Artistic, Contemporary and Traditional Portraiture which our clients are proud to display in their homes. We provide a wide range of display options from simple bevel mounted images, to stylish framing, to Contemporary wall art and Coffee Table Books. We have presentation choices to suit every taste.

Whether it's pregnancy photos, newborn baby shots, kids photography, engagement shoot, family portraits or a much loved pet picture, our stunning, creative, Award Winning Portraiture will not disappoint.

As well as undertaking Portrait Commissions throughout Scotland and the UK, John has been commissioned to take exclusive portraits for clients all over the world which has taken him as far afield as Miami, Los Angeles, Brazil, Columbia and Australia to name but a few.

We are praised for the time we spend with every client during consultation, the sitting itself through to the viewing and no pressure sales. We do not rush you in and out within half an hour, we like to spend time getting to know our clients, which in turn makes them relax in front of the camera and certainly goes a long way to making excellent photographs.

If you have difficulty finding time for your Portrait during office hours (9.00am - 5.00pm), it won't be a problem. If you choose Parris Photography, evening and weekend sittings are available on request at no extra cost.
